Family and Youth Center Counselor
Ashley Branch, LMHC
A native of Taos, Ashley Branch has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Highlands University and is a licensed mental health counselor.
She joined TBH in October 2018, and her practice includes children, youth and families. She is able to use a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, functional family therapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques and behavioral activation.Her graduate study included internship experience in an inpatient psychiatric facility with both individuals and groups.
She is a skilled athlete, having been on the Taos High School and Highlands University Cross Country Teams, and she understands the importance of physical movement in therapeutic treatment.
Ashley is bilingual and particularly skilled in helping clients attend to those issues that are under their control.
